Experience gentle, one-on-one energy work designed to help you release stress, heal, find clarity, and reconnect with your inner peace. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, offering a safe space for healing and self-discovery.

  1. We talk

We'll take a few minutes to discuss your needs and any challenges you may be experiencing.

  2. You relax

Lying fully clothed on my Reiki table, I'll guide you through a brief relaxing technique while soothing music plays.

  3. Reiki flows

Reiki energy flows through my hands as I lightly lay them where I am guided to — or with no touch at all, if you prefer.

Kind words from clients

Heather had an amazing way of bringing out positive vibes during our reiki session. Her soothing voice made it easy to relax even though this was my first time and I wasn't sure what to expect. It was a calming experience, and I will be back.

— Diane H.Reiki Session

“I recently had a Reiki session with Heather, and I'm so grateful I trusted her with the experience. From the moment I arrived, her calming presence and peaceful space put me at ease. The session left me deeply relaxed and surrounded by uplifting energy. Later that night, I experienced what felt like a powerful energetic release — brief but intense — confirming for me that something within was ready for healing. This reminded me how important it is to care for our energy and stay open to transformation. Heather creates a safe, nurturing environment for healing, and I wholeheartedly encourage you to trust her with a session. It can be truly transformative.”
