Join me and other like-minded individuals as we journey inward to awaken your creative genius. After a calming meditation, we'll bring paint and brush to canvas, expressing the ideas, images, impressions, feelings, and thoughts that inspire us.

Why paint after meditation?
Painting after meditation is a practice that integrates mindfulness and creativity, allowing you to access deeper levels of inspiration and expression by quieting the inner critic and connecting with your internal world. It is less about the outcome and more about the process of self-expression and connecting with the present moment.

Do I need painting experience?
No art experience needed. Everyone is creative — it's an innate gift, whether or not we've fully tapped into it yet.
What do I take home?
Your own “Souly Original” 9x12 canvas masterpiece.
Where are you located?
I'm in Vancouver, Washington. Pet Reiki visits are in your home, with a $5 travel fee within 15 miles of me. I'm finding a peaceful space for Reiki sessions for people — join the waitlist and you'll be the first to know when I open.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Reiki makes a lovely gift for someone who deserves time just for themselves. Get in touch and I'll arrange it.
