Mindful Paint Experience

Creative expression through meditation

A guided meditation, then paint and brush to canvas. No art experience needed — just enjoyment, relaxation, and art.

New Vancouver dates are on the way

New workshop dates will be posted here. Leave me a note and I'll let you know as soon as they're set — or ask me about a Mindful Paint Experience at home for your family or a small group of friends.

Creative expression through meditation

Join me and other like-minded individuals as we journey inward to awaken your creative genius. After a calming meditation, we'll bring paint and brush to canvas, expressing the ideas, images, impressions, feelings, and thoughts that inspire us.

Immerse yourself in the collective creative energy of the group. It's fascinating and deeply rewarding to see how your soul chooses to express itself! And best of all, you'll take home your own “Souly Original” 9x12 canvas masterpiece.

Everyone is creative. It's an innate gift — whether or not we've fully tapped into it yet.

Why paint after meditation?

Painting after meditation is a practice that integrates mindfulness and creativity, allowing you to access deeper levels of inspiration and expression by quieting the inner critic and connecting with your internal world. It is less about the outcome and more about the process of self-expression and connecting with the present moment.

No judgement, just enjoyment, relaxation and art. No art experience needed.
